This Pattern is K40 Ready and Scroll Saw Friendly.

What is K40 Ready? There is a very popular laser cutting machine sold out of China that is commonly known as the K40 Laser Cutter. It is a 40 watt CO2 Laser. The cutting area of the K40 may vary slightly from box to box. In general, it's around 310mm by 220mm (or 12.25 x 8.6 inches).  A stock unit can cut paper, cardboard, plywood, and acrylic - basically, anything you can burn - Up to 1/8" / 3mm thick without much trouble. Plywood up to 1/4" / 6mm can sometimes be cut with careful settings and good luck with materials, but generally requires an air assist mod to do reliably.

When we state a pattern is K40 friendly we mean that the parts of the pattern will fit fine on a K40 Laser Cutter using 3mm or 1/8th thick material. or any Laser Cutter that has a cutting area the same or greater in size.

Scroll Saw Friendly means we have laid out the parts in a PDF Format that is able to be printed on single pages of a normal size A4 or letter size Inkjet or Laser Printer.
You can print any of our patterns for Scroll Saw but unless it says Scroll Saw Friendly you may have to print multiple pages to make up a single part that would have to reassemble on your material to cut it out.

Patterns may be scaled to the size you require for your material thickness using our Scale Calculator
