Collect our finely detailed Draco the Welsh Dragon. This 3d puzzle pattern is recommended for Laser as that will enhance the fine detail of this pattern. However, you can use a CNC Router or any method you choose but you will need very small bits to get the detail or hand finish with small files.

The image of a dragon that most have is of creatures with a rough scaly skin like a leather hide couch, bat-like webbed wings and vicious claws. Such was the dragon of Wales who fought a lengthy battle with his foe and is now remembered by Welsh on their national flag. The Welsh Dragon was associated with Wales in the Historia Brittonum. This ancient text, purportedly written around 830 by the monk Nennius, is the earliest known history of the Britons, and neighbouring Wales. In the Historia a struggle is described between two dragons dragons, deep underground beneath the hill of Dinas Emrys in Wales which prevented King Vortigern from building a castle in Britain.
European dragons exist in folklore and mythology among the overlapping cultures of Europe. Dragons are generally depicted as living in rivers or having an underground lair or cave. They are commonly described as having hard or armoured hide, and are rarely described as flying, despite often being depicted with wings.
European dragons are usually depicted as malevolent under Christianity; pre-Christian dragons, such as Y Ddraig Goch, the Red Dragon of Wales, are seen as benevolent.

This Pattern comes in 1/4", 1/8" and 1/2" scales with 1/8" being the smallest DXF.
It also comes in 3mm, 6mm and 12mm DXF's sizes for Routers or Lasers.
We have created the files as Laser Ready meaning they do not have any dogbone fillets in the slots and tabs
but you also get a set of files with all the dogbone fillets in them so they are ready to toolpath and cut on your CNC router.
That's many different file types (DXF's) scales and formats for Draco the Welsh Dragon!

If you purchase this pattern and would like to reproduce it you may only reproduce up to 50 real products from the individual pattern. If you would like to reproduce more than 50 then you would need to purchase another Dragon at $8.50 again. You could then produce another 50 real products. You would have to purchase a new pattern set for every 50 you would like to produce.
