The Shark
Sharks are a group of fish characterized by a cartilaginous skeleton, five to seven gill slits on the sides of the head, and pectoral fins that are not fused to the head. Modern sharks are classified within the clade Selachimorpha, and are the sister group to the rays. Well-known species such as the great white shark, tiger shark, blue shark, mako shark, and the hammerhead shark are apex predators—organisms at the top of their underwater food chain. Their predatory skill fascinates and frightens humans, even though their survival is threatened by human-related activities.
Shark teeth are embedded in the gums rather than directly affixed to the jaw, and are constantly replaced throughout life. Multiple rows of replacement teeth grow in a groove on the inside of the jaw and steadily move forward in comparison to a conveyor belt. Some sharks lose 30,000 or more teeth in their lifetime.
Jaws of sharks, like those of rays and skates, are not attached to the cranium. The jaw's surface, in comparison to the shark's vertebrae and gill arches, needs extra support due to its heavy exposure to physical stress and its need for strength. It has a layer of tiny hexagonal plates called "tesserae", which are crystal blocks of calcium salts arranged as a mosaic. This gives these areas much of the same strength found in the bony tissue found in other animals.

CNC hobbyists receive excellent value for money with each package containing the following:
Imperial:
1/8 inch
1/4 inch
1/2 inch
Metric:
3mm
6mm
12mm
Both in DXF or EPS format
1 X Clear and concise color assembly manual.
1 product shot in jpg format.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Our 3D Puzzles are made to be cut from material at several thicknesses.
The thickness of material determines the size the puzzle will be when it is assembled. The thicker the material the larger the model will be.
Example: 1/8" uses 1/8" Plywood...1/4" uses 1/4" Plywood, with 1/4 inch the final model will be twice the size of the 1/8th inch version when assembled.
To be able to take advantage of the fillets in the Router versions that compensate for the radius of your Router bit
on inside corners of vectors you must use bits that are half the size of the slot.
E.G 1/4 inch thick plywood means use the 1/4 inch DXF file and a 1/8th inch bit to cut.
All the hard work is done!
Makecnc is excited to bring to the CNC hobbyist a new and ever-expanding library of art and projects made ready-to-cut on your CNC machine! You can either sell the cut out projects as your own product or assemble them for your own enjoyment and to give as gifts to your family and friends.
