Bone Fillets to compensate for the cutter used that do not allow
sharp internal corners. Please see our learning pages if you are
unfamiliar with Dog Bone Fillets in CNC Routing. Scrollsaw users
would use the Laser versions.

THE AIRCRAFT CARRIER

The Aircraft Carrier is a Warship designed with a primary mission of deploying
and recovering aircraft, acting as a seagoing airbase.  Aircraft Carriers allow
a naval force to project air power worldwide without having to depend on local
bases for staging aircraft operations. They have evolved from wooden vessels used
to deploy balloons into nuclear-powered warships that carry dozens of fixed wing
and rotary-wing aircraft.  Aircraft Carriers are typically treated as the capital
ship of a fleet and are extremely expensive to build and important to protect.
Of the nine nations that pssess an Aircraft Carrier, six of these nations possess
only one such ship each.  Twenty-One Aircraft Carriers are currently active through
out the world with the US Navy operating 11 of them as of June, 2011.

NOTE: Our 3D Puzzles can be built in different thicknesses.
Example: 1/8" uses 1/8" Plywood...1/4" uses 1/4" Plywood, etc.
As a rule, although the slots are set to fit the same sized tool, most
people will use a smaller bit size when cutting.
